With approval of CSRC and verification of [2018]640 file, Zheshang Venture Capital Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “issuer”) is allowed to issue company bonds within limit of RMB 300 million (including RMB 300 million) in public to qualified investors.
According to Issuance Notice on Zheshang Venture Capital Co., Ltd. Issues Innovation Venture Company Bonds (Stage One) in 2019 in Public (//www.sse.com.cn/, bond for short: 19 Zhetou 01, Bond Code: 155317), Zheshang Venture Capital Co., Ltd. issues Innovation Venture Company bonds (stage one) in 2019 (hereinafter referred to as “the bond”) within limit of RMB 50 million. Every piece of bond values RMB 100. The bonds are all issued to qualified investors through offline file record.
All issuance work of the bond is over on Apr 10, 2019, the actual issuance scale is RMB 50 million and the final nominal interest rate is 7.5%.
It is hereby notified the above.
