In the afternoon of Jan 12, EIMAC of the GAZE (Equity Investment and Merge and Acquisition Committee of the General Association of Zhejiang Entrepreneurs) holds its grand inaugural meeting in Hangzhou. China Investment Corporation Vice President and General Manager Guangshao Tu, the GAZE Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary General Yumin Zheng, Zhejiang Local Financial Supervision Bureau Deputy Director Junpei Yuan, and more than 100 guests from governmental departments, investment institutions, intermediary service agencies, securities traders, accounting firms, law firms and other brother committees. ZSVC Chairman Yuemeng Chen acts as EIMAC Chairman, Executive President Yeyu Hua hosts the meeting and acts as EIMAC Vice Chairman and Secretary General.

At the beginning of the meeting, Yuemeng Chen reports on preparation works. He says compared with other professional committees, the greatest feature of EIMAC is openness and sharing ability. Its work center is platform construction, resources integration and service provision for openness and sharing of the industry.
Yuemeng Chen stresses that EIMAC comes into being at the time when economic situation home and abroad is complicated and changeable, the real economy development faces difficulty, financial investment field enters low ebb. It covers investment institutions, intermediary service agencies, listed (to be listed) company, and innovation venture company. It has strong professionality and industry characteristics.
Yuemeng Chen explains priority of work in 2019. He emphasizes that in 2019, macro economy downturn pressure keeps increasing, both real economy and financial industry face challenges, a time for policy overall repair and financial institution cephalization is coming. EIMAC will carry out work mainly from Phoenix Action Program, Bail-Out Fund, linking up Science and Technology Innovation Board and Two Lakes Forum.

After that, Yuemeng Chen, Yumin Zheng, Junpei Yuan, Yangtze Delta Region Institute of Tsinghua University, Zhejiang-Hangzhou Branch Institute Dean Xiangrong Shao, Zhejiang University Innovation Venture Research Institute Vice Chairman Chuntian Bao, Zheshang Securities Co., Ltd. Chairman Chenggen Wu, China Everbright Bank Co., Ltd. Hangzhou Branch President Guohua Zhang, Heaven-Sent Capital Management Group Co., Ltd Chairman Xiangdong He, put thumbprint together to witness the official foundation of EIMAC. Guangshao Tu gives a theme speech on International Capital Management New Tendency in the meeting and has active interaction with participants on topics they’re interested in.

Guangshao Tu reckons that there’re ten new tendencies in international capital management: I. Capital management scale increases; II. Subject of capital management becomes diversified; III. Function of asset allocation becomes prominent; IV. Alternative asset in asset allocation attracts more attention; V. Investment style in public market becomes more passive; VI. Long-term asset in private equity field becomes more popular; VII. Capital management institutions become more divided; VIII. New technology permeates more fully; IX. China market gains more attention; X. ESG investment becomes more acceptable.

According to information, EIMAC of the GAZE attaches to the GAZE and is initiated by ZSVC and founded unitedly by Zheshang Securities Co., Ltd., Heaven-Sent Capital Management Group Co., Ltd and China Everbright Bank Co., Ltd. Hangzhou Branch. It’s a global, professional and non-profit organization that gathers Zhejiang entrepreneurs and Zhejiang enterprises which work on equity investment and industrial acquisition. It aims to lead Zhejiang enterprises to develop together and forge “Zhejiang Enterprises Ecotope” for equity investment and industrial acquisition.
